A physiotherapist is your guide and partner on your journey to wellness. During the initial assessment at our clinic, your physiotherapist will do a comprehensive evaluation of your injury or area of pain. He/she will then design a specific treatment program for you.

Physiotherapists have many tools available to them to help you recover from your injury, but their most powerful tool is you. In addition to using the many treatment options available at our clinic, our therapists will educate you on specific stretching and strengthening exercises. These exercises will improve body mechanics and posture, and will help you manage your pain/injury at work, at play and at rest.

Your dedication in following through with this program has a great impact on the length of time it will take for you to recover.

**If you have never been to our clinic OR if it's been more than 3 months since your last treatment, please schedule an Initial Assessment.
